Sean Conway is an endurance athlete and record breaker. He’s swam, ran and cycled the length of Britain, and completed 105 iron man triathlons in 105 days. He also once ran the London marathon dressed as a giant Scout badge. ‘Scouts is so good for young people because it builds confidence and practical skills and a sense of community.’
